Welcome! I am a labor and public economist with interests in development economics, economic history, and urban economics.

I am an Assistant Professor in Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Before joining UW, I was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Harvard Academy for International and Area Studies. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from UCLA in 2022, and a BA and MA in Economics from PUC-Chile. In 2022/2024, I co-organized the Online Spatial and Urban Seminar (OSUS).
